    Camping Resort Les Champs Blancs is open every year from mid-April to mid-October, giving you the chance to enjoy the legendary Indian summer.

    During the opening period from mid-April to mid-October:

    • From April to June and from September to October, reception and switchboard are open from 9am to 7pm every day except Saturday, from 8am to 9pm.
      * Variable hours depending on the season
    • Late arrivals in April and October until 8:00 pm, and from May to September until midnight.

    Closed from mid-October to mid-April:

    • From mid-October to end-February: email only
    • From end-February to mid-April, the switchboard is open in mornings and afternoons on office hours, from Monday to Friday. Emails are processed every day.

    Our reception staff can help you make reservations or organize your stay in Agde with tourist advice. They’ll give you all the details on the campsite’s facilities and the services on offer to holidaymakers, or, for example, reserve a table for you at one of the Camping Resort les Champs Blancs restaurants: Le Doligny or Pool Time.

    How to get to the campsite :

    • By road, from the Bessan freeway, follow Agde and take the new ROCHELONGUE exit, immediately right at the traffic circle.
    • By train, Agde station is a 10-minute drive away. Reception staff can arrange a cab for your transfer.
    • By plane, from Béziers airport* (15 minutes by car), from Montpellier airport** (45 minutes by car), from Carcassonne airport (1h30 by car).
    • If you’re carpooling, you can use the campsite parking lot as a drop-off or meeting point. The Bessan tollbooth, 10 minutes from the campsite, is also a traditional meeting place.

    Is it possible to book by phone? Mail ?

    The campsite prefers to book via the website to ensure availability, for greater convenience and availability 24/7. Reservations can also be made by e-mail or telephone.

    Does the campsite accept Vacaf vouchers?

    The campsite is not Vacaf-approved.

    Which payment methods are accepted?

    The stay can be paid for by credit card via a secure online link, by bank transfer, by ANCV vacation voucher or by cheque (French only). Please note that payment by cheque must be received at least one month before the start of your stay.

    Are pets allowed?

    The campsite accepts pets under certain conditions and at an additional cost per night. A deposit is required for rental accommodation.

    Is the campsite suitable for groups or events?

    The campsite caters mainly for families, and has no facilities for groups or festive events.

    Are minors accepted?

    The presence of a legal guardian is required. Failure to comply with this rule may result in exclusion without notice or refund.

    Is the campsite suitable for people with reduced mobility?

    The campsite is suitable for people with reduced mobility thanks to its various facilities. (PMR rental, PMR private bathroom, several PMR access ramps).

    Are all mobile homes equipped with air conditioning, television or dishwasher?

    Not all rentals have the same facilities. You can find the different categories of rental accommodation we offer in the Accommodation category of the website.

    Are electricity and water available on the pitches?

    Camping pitches are equipped with a 10A water and electricity outlet.

    Is the ACSI card accepted?

    The campsite accepts the ACSI card according to the defined period.

    Are sheets and towels available for hire?

    Single and double sheets are available for hire, as are towel kits. Baby kits (cot without mattress, high chair and bathtub) are also available for hire.

    Is there a fridge rental service?

    The campsite does not offer fridge hire. Partners can rent and deliver fridges, TVs, air conditioners, etc. directly to the site.

    Cancellation insurance
    How much does cancellation insurance cost?

    The price of cancellation insurance varies according to the total cost of your stay.

    Can I take out cancellation insurance at any time?

    Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.

    However, it can be added afterwards, up to 1 month before the start date of your stay.

    Water park
    What are the opening hours of the water park?

    In high season, the water park is open from 9.30am to 7.30pm. In low season, opening hours vary.

    Are the pools heated?

    The sports pool is open and heated all season long. The leisure pool is open from June to mid-September.

    Are pools covered?

    The pools are open-air and not covered.

    Are the slides accessible to all ages?

    The slides and pentaglides are accessible to everyone, but children under 1m20 and/or 8 years of age must be accompanied.

    Is the water park supervised?

    The campsite is under no obligation to provide supervision. However, during certain periods, including high season, the water park is supervised by lifeguards.

    Is there a paddling pool?

    There’s a paddling pool in the water park.

    Is it possible to reserve deckchairs?

    There is no possibility of reserving deckchairs. What’s more, any towel left on a deckchair without a guest will be discarded.

    Is it possible to eat and drink inside the water park?

    For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to consume drinks (except water) or food inside the water park.

    Are swimming shorts allowed?

    Swimming shorts are permitted.

    Are buoys and other pool accessories allowed?

    Pool accessories are forbidden, but are tolerated in the off-season, out of respect for other holidaymakers and when there are no large crowds.

    In high season, accessories are forbidden without the prior agreement of the lifeguard.

    Is there a shaded area?

    Arbors and parasols provide semi-shade.

    Restaurants / Shops
    Should we reserve the bread/crescent… ?

    In low season, it’s best to book the day before.

    In high season, reservations are not required.

    What are the bar’s opening hours? Grocery store? Restaurant ? Pizza?

    In the off-season, opening hours and days vary.

    In high season and subject to change :

    • Restaurant Le Doligny: 7pm to 10pm (closed on Mondays)
    • Le Pool Time restaurant: 12pm to 2pm (closed on Mondays)
    • Grocery/bakery: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Pizza: 7pm to 9:30pm (and Monday lunchtime only from 12pm to 2pm)
    • Bar: 8am to midnight.

    Is it possible to eat in the restaurant with visitors?

    It is possible to dine in the restaurants with visitors with the prior agreement of reception and subject to reservation.

    Do I need to make a reservation?

    Reservations are not required for the Pool Time restaurant (lunchtime).

    Reservations are highly recommended for the Doligny restaurant.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    Means of payment accepted in all shops are: cash, bank card (except Amex), paper and card vacation vouchers and paper and card luncheon vouchers. Please note: no change is given for vacation vouchers and luncheon vouchers.

    Is it possible to take away?

    Pizzas can be taken away.

    For restaurants, this is not possible.

    What are the arrival and departure times for a stay?

    Departures for rentals and pitches are at 10 a.m. maximum. Arrival time for pitches is from 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. for rentals.

    From what time and until what time can you arrive?

    It is possible to arrive between 9.30am and midnight. When the reception is closed, an attendant is available to welcome you and give you the keys.

    Is it possible to arrive early?

    Early arrival is possible. If the pitch/rental is not ready, you can still take advantage of the campsite facilities (water park, bar, restaurants…).

    Is it possible to receive mail/packages during my stay?

    The campsite can receive mail or parcels from holidaymakers. A letter/postage box is available at reception.

    Are there any local shops?

    The campsite has a convenience store inside. Alternatively, there are two supermarkets less than 5 minutes away by car, which can be reached on foot or by bike.

    How far is the campsite from the beach? From the city?

    The campsite is less than 2km from the beach – 30 min on foot and 5 min by car. Agde town center is also less than 2km away.

    Is there a cycle path near the campsite?

    Directly outside the campsite, there’s a cycle path that can take you to Agde, Cap d’Agde and even Grau d’Agde.

    How do I get to the campsite?

    By road: from the Bessan freeway, follow Agde and take the new ROCHELONGUE exit, immediately right at the traffic circle.

    By train: Agde station is 4 km away (10 minutes by car). Reception staff can arrange a cab transfer (on request).

    By plane: from Béziers airport, 12kms or 15 minutes by car.

    Is there an emergency number if reception is closed?

    An emergency or late arrival number is available 24/7 on 04 11 93 44 81. An SOS button is also available outside Reception and at the infirmary in the water park, as well as at the main gate.

    Is there a doctor on the campsite?

    There are no doctors on the campsite, but a medical center is less than 5 minutes away by car.

    Are the campsite and water park open to visitors?

    The campsite may be accessible to visitors on pitches, provided they inform reception. Access to the water park is subject to conditions and prior approval from reception, and is subject to a charge.

    Is there parking on the campsite?

    Each pitch has its own parking space. However, there is a parking lot in front of the gates inside the campsite and two smaller parking lots inside the campsite.

    Is there a launderette?

    Near reception, a laundry is open from 8am to 10pm with several washing machines and dryers. Chargeable service.

    An ironing board and iron are also available.

    Is there room to walk my dog?

    A field is available at the campsite entrance for dog walking.

    Is the campsite guarded at night?

    At the height of the season, security guards are present from 12pm to midnight. In the off-season, there are security cameras in certain areas of the campsite.

    Is it possible to drive the vehicle at night?

    To avoid noise pollution and except in emergencies, the entrance and exit gates are blocked from 00:00 to 6:00. You will need to park your vehicle in the parking lot before the barriers and walk to the site.

    What is the speed limit for cars?

    Inside the campsite, from the green gate onwards, the maximum speed limit is 10 km/h.

    Are electric scooters and bicycles allowed?

    Electric scooters and bicycles are allowed, with the same speed limit as cars, i.e. 10 km/h. The campsite reserves the right to prohibit their use if speeding or poor behavior is observed.

    Is there a tourist tax to pay?

    Yes, this will be included in the total cost of the booking and/or will be requested on arrival.

    Are barbecues allowed?

    Wood fires are not allowed in our department. You can use a gas barbecue or electric plancha, or rent one from one of the campsite’s partners.

    Does Les Champs Blancs have a wifi connection, and if so, how much does it cost?

    The campsite offers free wifi access throughout the season.

    Can a child who is one year younger than the required age for the kids/teens club still attend?

    Yes, he can go, depending on the child’s maturity and the organizer’s agreement.

    What are the opening hours of the kids’ and teens’ clubs?

    Teenagers’ and children’s clubs are only open in high season from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 5pm. Sometimes, nocturnal vigils take place.

    During the off-season, clubs may occasionally open, depending on the number of visitors.

    Parental consent and a health form are required.

    Are sports fields self-service?

    Yes. The campsite provides free sports equipment (and board games) on request from reception.

    Does Les Champs Blancs offer gym classes and sports activities?

    Yes, throughout the season, the entertainment team offers morning sports classes (fitness, relaxation, aquafit, yoga) as well as tournaments (pétanque, soccer, tennis) and aquatic activities (aquavolley, water polo, inflatable games).

    Miscellaneous information
    When is the campsite open?

    Opening dates (subject to change) are from April 15 to October 11.

    Is there an ATM on the campsite?

    The campsite does not have an ATM.

    Is there a tobacconist on the campsite?

    No tobacco is sold on the campsite.

    Are there any markets in Agde?

    Are there any dog-friendly beaches?

    In Agde, the Tamarissière beach is dog-friendly.

    Are there bike rentals?

    The campsite offers half-day, full-day and weekly bike hire.

    Is it possible to rent a dead storage/garage space?

    The campsite does not offer a babysitting/garage service.

    Is selective sorting available at Camping Les Champs Blancs?

    Yes, you can try to limit your impact on the environment by sorting your garbage on the campsite using the selective waste garbage cans.
